Newell Brands, a leading global consumer goods company, faced the challenge of centralizing its vast number of digital assets from disparate sources and streamlining their distribution across its digital ecosystem. To address this, the company implemented the MediaBeacon digital asset management (DAM) solution from Esko, which they refer to internally as DASH (Digital Asset Storage House).

Esko's solution provided a central hub for approved final assets, which was then integrated via APIs with three key systems: a Product Information Management (PIM) system, a web publishing platform, and a Content Management System (CMS). This automation ensured that the latest, approved assets and their metadata were seamlessly and accurately pushed to customer-facing applications. As a result, Newell Brands employees can find assets quickly and are assured that external publishing channels always use the correct content, with MediaBeacon established as the core enterprise solution for their digital asset lifecycle.
