Esko and DuPont™ Cyrel® collaboration successfully delivers third complete platemaking line at Uzbekistan’s Alaniya Flex

Alaniya Flex, a provider of prepress services and flexographic plate manufacturing based in Uzbekistan, faced the challenge of expanding its operations to meet the rapidly rising demand for advanced flexographic printing solutions in the region. To address this, the company turned to vendor Esko for a solution.

Esko implemented its advanced flexographic platemaking technology, including the CDI Crystal 4260 imaging unit and XPS Crystal 4260 exposure unit, which were integrated with DuPont™ Cyrel® drying and finishing equipment. This installation created a third complete production line for Alaniya Flex, significantly increasing its productivity, improving final print quality, and reducing turnaround times. The solution from Esko solidified the customer's position as a major player in the Central Asian market.
