Amway Transforms Their Artwork Management Process with Esko WebCenter

Amway, a world-leading multi-level marketing company, faced significant challenges in managing its complex global packaging artwork process. With over 2,000 artworks to handle annually across 100+ countries and 60+ languages, their outdated system consisted of 13+ disconnected legacy platforms. This entanglement created inefficiencies, duplication of effort, and potential for errors, making it difficult to meet regulatory requirements and slowing down their time to market. To dramatically boost throughput without increasing headcount, they turned to vendor Esko for a solution.

Esko implemented its WebCenter platform, rebranded internally as the Amway Creative Content Hub, using a phased adoption approach. The web-based system provided a single source of truth, allowing multiple users from any location to concurrently review, annotate, and approve artworks. This streamlined workflow eliminated the need for manual file transfers and outdated PDF processes. The result was a dramatically improved process that provided instant visibility, was easier to use, and enabled Amway to scale its artwork management throughput exponentially without adding staff, all while being launched and adopted during a remote work period.
