AS Colour is a New Zealand–founded maker of premium, unbranded clothing that has grown into a global wholesale business. Rapid expansion exposed a technology gap in its finance operations: collections were largely manual, required frequent back-and-forth with customers, and relied on a shared service team in New Zealand—making it hard to gain visibility, standardize processes across countries, and support growth during the onset of COVID‑19.

AS Colour implemented Esker’s cloud-based Collections Management solution (live across four countries by March 2020) to automate reminders, statements and customer self-service via a portal. The result was instant global visibility through intuitive dashboards, a sharp drop in daily invoice queries (previously 50–100), improved cash and risk management, less paper use, standardized AR processes and a better customer experience with 24/7 access to invoices, payments and account information.
