Kenseal Construction Products, a Mid-Atlantic distributor founded in 1977 with 15 regional warehouse locations and over 120 employees, was sending hundreds of invoices and other documents daily from its Infor FACTS ERP on an IBM RS/6000. Rising fax volume created long queues, costly analog phone lines and long-distance charges, and Kenseal also needed a mirrored ERP server for disaster recovery without paying for dedicated failover phone lines.

Kenseal implemented Esker VSI-FAX and Esker on Demand to route all outbound FACTS fax traffic through Esker’s hosted infrastructure and mirror the solution on the failover server.
