BainUltra, a long-established maker of hydro-thermo massage baths, was growing rapidly and struggling with costly, time-consuming invoice mailings and error-prone manual processes. Mailing invoices from Canada to the U.S. cost nearly $1.00 per envelope and customer operations staff spent hours printing, stuffing and stamping, while IT lacked the bandwidth for a major in-house overhaul.

BainUltra adopted Esker DeliveryWare with Mail on Demand, integrating with Infor SyteLine to send U.S. invoices to an Esker mail facility and automate fax and document formatting.
