SAP France’s training center, which trains about 600 people a month, struggled with a time‑consuming invoice process: each invoice required a course description, a signed attendance sheet and a course certificate — documents from different sources — and preparing them took four people roughly 2.5 days (≈80 hours) per month. By implementing Esker DeliveryWare to capture data (including OCR for scanned attendance sheets), format and assemble documents from SAP R/3 and other sources, and automatically route them to Esker’s print/mail service, SAP reduced invoice processing to a single day of exception handling (and could eliminate that step entirely).
