Reducing AR Invoice Processing Time by Two-thirds With Esker

Arkadin, a global provider of audio and web collaboration services operating in 30+ countries, faced rising complexity from rapid growth: each subsidiary used different manual processes to produce and mail monthly invoices, consuming six to eight days a month, causing errors and poor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). After implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV for invoice production, Arkadin sought a way to standardize AR, automate delivery, and reduce processing time.

Arkadin deployed Esker’s cloud Accounts Receivable across 27 subsidiaries to automate paper and e‑invoicing (more than 23,000 invoices monthly). The solution cut invoice processing from six to two days (a two‑thirds reduction), ensured consistent pricing, added electronic archiving, improved tracking and delivery guarantees, supported e‑invoicing compliance, and helped shorten DSO.
