Case Study: Produce Pro achieves AP automation and greater visibility with Esker

Produce Pro Software, Esker partner of 17+ years, is expanding its solution portfolio to clients and their customers with Esker’s AI-driven Accounts Payable automation solution

Produce Pro Software, a leader in ERP software for the produce and perishables industry, wanted new ways to expand its solution portfolio and better serve its clients and their customers. To do that while supporting customers that were slower to adopt new technology, Produce Pro partnered with Esker and explored Esker’s AI-driven Accounts Payable automation solution.

Esker implemented a digital AP tool for Produce Pro’s customers that captures invoices from email, extracts header and line-item data with machine learning, and supports review, coding, approvals, dashboards, and archiving. The result was a stronger strategic partnership and a win-win solution that improved visibility and helped modernize AP processes; Produce Pro also expects nearly its entire customer base could eventually use Esker’s AP automation.
