Indigo Books & Music Inc., Canada’s largest book retailer with over 260 stores and a growing online presence, needed a way to integrate high-volume document delivery with its SAP environment. With roughly 8,000 of 8,800 vendors still using fax and about 520 faxed purchase orders processed daily, Indigo relied on a dedicated employee for manual fax handling and wanted a scalable solution that could plug into SAP and support future email/PDF delivery.
