A.D.A.M. (NASDAQ: ADAM), provider of the Benergy benefits communication and decision‑support platform, faced a slow, manual billing mail process: about 600 multi‑page invoices per month were printed from Microsoft Dynamics GP and hand‑folded, stuffed, and mailed, consuming 8–10 hours spread over five days and risking late or missing invoices that delayed payments.
