Paulig, a family-owned food and beverage company with brands like Santa Maria and Poco Loco, faced the challenge of rapidly and accurately processing growing volumes of perishable-product orders sent by fax and email. With customers using diverse order templates and many too small or unwilling to move to EDI, Paulig needed a flexible automation solution that would integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics ERP and allow the team to scale without adding headcount.
