Toshiba Business Solutions (TBS), a managed document services arm of Toshiba America Business Solutions, faced an outdated accounts receivable process built on a decade-old Oracle setup. TBS partnered with Esker (and Paymetric for payments) to deploy variable-data invoice templates, 13 subsidiary-specific web portals integrated with Oracle/Prism, and e-payment options. The change cut transaction time in half (10 to 5 minutes), drove e-invoicing adoption to 28% (above the 20% goal), produced a 1-day DSO reduction, delivered $342,000 ROI, reduced AR calls and improved invoice traceability and staff productivity.
