Bryan Equipment Sales, Inc. (BES) is a wholesale distributor of STIHL outdoor power equipment serving roughly 1,200 retailers across six states from a 125,000 sq. ft. facility with 75 employees. Because many dealers use just‑in‑time ordering and prefer specific delivery formats (often fax), BES was processing 600–800 invoices nightly and over 1,000 documents daily in varied formats, creating a need for a more dynamic way to extract, route and archive documents while maintaining customer‑preferred delivery methods.
BES implemented Esker DeliveryWare, integrated with its Prophet 21 system, to automatically read, route and deliver invoices and acknowledgements in each customer’s requested format and to convert inbound faxes to electronic files for staff. The platform also supports field sales and marketing mailings, reduced printing/faxing/mail costs, simplified IT management, automated capture/routing/archiving, and helped BES scale revenue without increasing headcount while improving customer satisfaction.
