American Red Ball Transit Co., Inc., a century-old international moving and storage company based in Indianapolis, needed to replace an antiquated, manual report-delivery process built on dot-matrix printers, multi-part forms, and heavy reliance on printing, mailing and faxing. Their goals were to send reports as PDF email attachments, move to laser printing with document overlays for government vouchers and invoices, and implement web-based document archiving.

They implemented Esker DeliveryWare (installed June 2007), which converted faxes to PDF email attachments and automated the creation and laser printing of complex forms—achieving core goals within 45 days. The solution improved document delivery and efficiency, reduced long-term printing costs, and set the stage for expanded network storage and online document retrieval.
