Automating Fax Communications To Save Time And Facilitate Information Sharing

Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS) is a not‑for‑profit that operates a searchable listing service for New Jersey real‑estate agents (22,000 members and tens of thousands of active listings). GSMLS lacked an efficient way for agents to share supplemental documents—surveys, floor plans, disclosure and compliance documents—so requests were handled repeatedly by phone and fax, creating delays and heavy administrative burden given the volume of listings and agent interactions.

GSMLS implemented Esker DeliveryWare, which converts incoming faxes to PDFs, interprets barcodes and automatically publishes documents to the appropriate listing; the two‑hour installation integrated smoothly with their system.
