Ruralco is a New Zealand agribusiness cooperative supplying farmers with everything from seed and fertilizer to fuel and hardware. The result: complete invoice visibility, straight‑through processing for approved vendors, seven‑year cloud archiving, near‑instant approvals and a drop from 25 finance staff to six (about 2.5 handling AP), with a payback around 12 months and zero downtime.
