SFM, a company that delivers customized go-to-market solutions for global brands in the audiovisual, live entertainment, and media production industries, relocated to a new 80,000-square-foot facility and needed stronger collaboration tools to support growth. With operations depending entirely on the network, real-time communication between systems and operators, and wireless access issues in warehouses, SFM turned to ESI Technologies for help.

ESI Technologies implemented a Cisco collaboration solution tailored to SFM’s needs, including UCS servers, an IP phone system with a UCCX call center, WiFi infrastructure for mobility, and a switching and firewall solution to secure the network. The project was completed without any downtime, helping improve productivity and ensuring reliable, real-time collaboration across the new facility.
