Their environmental obligations were managed in a basic planner that provided weak reminders and no live compliance status, while their safety obligations under the CMSHA were spread across thousands of pages of documentation with no clear view of gaps. ESGAgent now manages approximately 47 controls and 481 evidence requirements for CMSHA alone, plus roughly 15 tenements and other obligations, each with a named owner and live status.
