Vancis, a Netherlands‑based ICT provider operating two data centers and serving education, health care and enterprise customers, needed a single, fast and secure security solution that worked across diverse environments. After a competitor analysis Vancis chose ESET, deploying ESET solutions on endpoints and servers (both dedicated and virtual) and using ESET’s Remote Administrator and MSP usage‑based licensing to meet multi‑tenant and performance requirements.

ESET implemented a straight‑forward deployment across all customer environments, providing central management, fast installation and a low system footprint so performance and bandwidth weren’t impacted. As a result Vancis gained a single management view for all customers, rapid response support (including help during a competitor’s outbreak), scalable licensing and smooth operation for about 140 seats—demonstrating measurable improvements in manageability, scalability and operational performance with ESET.
