Euroset, a major cellphone and smartphone retailer in Russia and Belarus with about 30% market share across more than 5,000 stores and 50 million monthly visitors, needed to extend its mobile security portfolio with a higher-priced, higher-value offer. Euroset partnered with ESET to introduce a premium mobile protection product, ESET Mobile Security, to meet that challenge.

ESET implemented a retail offer of extended-period ESET Mobile Security licenses priced at $23 (compared with the previous low-price $4.50/1 device/1 year), delivered as electronic or boxed licenses and including a free renewal before expiry. The ESET solution provided powerful antivirus/antispyware, safe browsing, easy use and no annual renewal requirement, enabling Euroset to sell a higher-tier product and give customers clear added value.
