ESET implemented ESET Endpoint Antivirus using a silent rip‑and‑replace rollout backed by UK technical support, providing low resource use, strong detection and virtualization support. The migration from Sophos was seamless—users were unaware of the install and IT reported restored system performance and reduced log‑in delays—while additional features such as device control, anti‑phishing and HIPS strengthened overall security. ESET delivered the required protection without disrupting day‑to‑day operations.
