ESET Defends the Net for MK Dons

MK Dons, the League One football club and operator of stadium mk with an integrated DoubleTree hotel and conference centre, faced rising IT demands and an expensive antivirus renewal with McAfee. Relying on ACS for hardware and software support, the club needed reliable, cost-effective malware protection—particularly for about fifty mobile users who work outside the corporate firewall—so ACS recommended switching malware defence to ESET, deploying ESET Endpoint Security across the complex.

ACS implemented ESET Endpoint Antivirus for fixed machines and ESET Endpoint Security for mobile users, using ESET’s Remote Administrator to centrally manage policies and simplify administration. The switch to ESET cut licensing costs compared with the McAfee renewal, consolidated laptop protection, improved detection accuracy and manageability, and provided MK Dons with stronger, lower‑impact endpoint defence across their stadium, hotel and conference systems.
