Deutsche Telekom’s Slovak unit, Slovak Telekom, needed to increase the value of its Internet services, safeguard customer data and improve user experience without slowing systems. To meet those goals it partnered with ESET, deploying ESET Smart Security as the security product for its ISP offerings.
ESET delivered a customized ESET Smart Security solution with local-language support, direct cooperation with the software producer and interface customization, making installation fast and footprint minimal for end users. As a result—according to Slovak Telekom—ESET helped create a million-euro new revenue source, reduced customer care cases, and enabled convenient monthly invoicing and a 3-month trial that improved customer uptake.
