DMH-USA - Customer Case Study

DMH-USA, a U.S. seal solutions and machinery supplier founded in 2007, needed better visibility and control across quoting, sales orders, work orders and shipping while improving warehouse management, quote turnover tracking and production planning. To address this, DMH-USA engaged ERPAG to provide a cloud-capable ERP system integrated alongside their QuickBooks workflow.

ERPAG implemented multi-warehouse inventory, multi-level BOMs, automated fulfillment, build-to-order manufacturing and a B2B customer portal, deploying Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, B2B and Manufacturing modules. As a result, ERPAG enabled end-to-end order tracking from quote to packaging and shipping, improved warehouse and production planning, and established groundwork to connect to QuickBooks cloud for a complete ERP solution.
