Cobalt Kinetics, a U.S. manufacturer and leader in premium AR-15s established in 2007, faced challenges around organization, cross-department information transparency, remote access, and inventory visibility that limited selling efficiency and operational responsiveness. To address these issues they turned to ERPAG’s cloud ERP/MRP solution to bring real-time data to sales, purchasing and production teams and reduce meeting overhead.
ERPAG implemented a suite of modules (Sales & CRM, SCM, Inventory & Warehousing, Manufacturing/MRP, Business Intelligence and a B2B customer portal) and core features including multi-warehouse tracking, multi-level BOMs, automated fulfillment, production planning and B2B integration.
