DigitalGlobe, a global leader in commercial high-resolution satellite imagery, faced growing segregation-of-duties (SOD) risks after customizing roles to fit its business. Relying on an external auditor’s homegrown tool left the company with limited, manual reports, missing risk data and inefficient access reviews that hindered internal SOX audits — so DigitalGlobe engaged ERP Maestro to address these gaps.

ERP Maestro implemented its Access Analyzer to run against DigitalGlobe’s SAP system, delivering granular reports (User/Role Conflict Matrices, BPO Conflict, Security Role) plus mitigating controls and “what-if” analysis. ERP Maestro’s solution produced the first report within a week, identified over 255 SOD conflicts and resolved more than 97% of them, drastically cut end-to-end access-review time and saved over 40 hours each for a four‑member audit team.
