A EROAD Case Study

Preview of the Pride Intermodal Case Study

Pride Intermodal improves operational efficiency and compliance with EROAD

Pride Intermodal, an intermodal carrier based in Commerce, CA operating roughly 80–130 company and owner‑operator tractors at peak, needed to track vehicle locations to streamline dispatch, improve safety and meet Hours‑of‑Service regulatory requirements. To address this, Pride Intermodal turned to EROAD and deployed EROAD ELD along with EROAD Safety Compliance and Fleet Management products.

EROAD implemented geofencing, Daily Activity, HOS Violations and Driver Timesheet reporting, driver profile management and color‑coded dashboards (including Spanish training), giving dispatchers real‑time truck locations and automated compliance monitoring. As a result, EROAD saved dispatcher time, streamlined dispatch operations, improved customer service with accurate load locations and delivery estimates, sped onboarding of new drivers, and enabled proactive safety and HOS compliance for both company and owner‑operator tractors.
