Ermeo replaced the paper forms with a customizable mobile and web application. The solution allows technicians to scan equipment barcodes, auto-populate fields, and collect data digitally on-site, which drastically reduces errors. Following an intervention, reports are generated automatically and sent for approval. This implementation by Ermeo provided substantial results, including the elimination of manual report writing, a massive saving of time for over 110 daily users, and the generation of over 9,000 automated reports annually.
