APRR, a major French motorway operator, faced challenges in efficiently tracking and resolving equipment non-conformities across its vast network. Their field agents used paper forms, which made it difficult for team leaders to prioritize critical issues, provide audit reports, and consolidate data, all while needing to maintain important Afnor certification. APRR partnered with vendor Ermeo and implemented its Causeway Ermeo solution to digitize these business processes and support its broader digital transformation program.

Using the Ermeo mobile and web solution, agents could digitally report issues, take pictures, and complete guided forms, enabling full traceability of all interventions. This implementation led to significant results, including 100% data traceability for audits, a 70% decrease in the rate of required interventions due to better prioritization, and the assurance that 100% of equipment is now properly inspected.
