The customer, Positrigo AG, faced the challenge of making its innovative NeuroLF brain PET scanner optimally usable for medical professionals worldwide. To make the new technology's operation intuitive and efficient, Positrigo engaged vendor Ergosign GmbH for modern UX design and user research services.

Ergosign implemented a human-centered design approach, which resulted in two clearly structured user interfaces for the system. The solution allows for the parallelization of tasks, provides an at-a-glance view of scan status, and digitizes previously manual data recording. This makes tasks more efficient for medical professionals and supports Positrigo's goal of enabling the best possible diagnostics.
