The customer, KNX, a global standard for intelligent home and building technology, faced the challenge of guiding users through the transformation to integrated smart building solutions. They required human-centered design to make controlling diverse devices simple and convenient. Ergosign implemented several key solutions, including the web-based KNX eCampus learning platform with an interactive ETS simulation for over 40,000 users and the redesigned MyKNX community and shop platform with improved usability and responsive design. They also conceptualized the ETS6 engineering software, simplifying its initiation and user experience.
