e.Consult AG, a digitalization partner for the law, insurance, auditing, and tax consultancy industries, needed to create a client view for their WebAkte application to digitize written communication. They tasked Ergosign GmbH with developing a minimalistic and straightforward UX/UI design that would reflect this new simplicity for their users.

Ergosign implemented the solution through a series of collaborative workshops and creative techniques to define requirements and conceptualize the new design. They validated the UX design through user testing in their Usability Lab, which resulted in overwhelmingly positive feedback from test users.
