AFRISO Group, a German engineering company founded in 1869, needed a better way to manage nearly 9,841 products across 60 markets and multiple languages. Its existing systems struggled with centralized product data management, consistent information quality, and handling extensive technical documentation and multimedia files. AFRISO Group chose Ergonode PIM to address these challenges.

In March 2023, AFRISO Group partnered with SpyroSoft to implement Ergonode, using Comarch XL technology for integration. The solution delivered a customized, cloud-based PIM with API-first and GraphQL flexibility, plus user training and onboarding. As a result, AFRISO Group streamlined workflows, improved data accuracy and consistency, reduced rework and customer queries, and strengthened collaboration across departments and regions.
