Paradise Valley Dermatology, a long-established Phoenix dermatology practice, needed a faster, more cost-effective way to use its loyal patient database to grow interest in cosmetic services. It turned to eRelevance marketing automation service to reach patients who knew the practice for medical dermatology but were less aware of its elective aesthetic offerings.
eRelevance took over patient marketing in February 2016 and launched integrated campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, Facebook ads, landing pages, and a smartphone app. The result was 110 appointment requests in seven months, including 34 in the first month; one CoolSculpting campaign produced 43 procedures, well above the practice’s usual 10 per month, and about 30% of appointment requests came through non-email channels.
