Dr. Sheena Kong Med Spa, a medical spa in San Francisco, needed an affordable way to increase revenue from existing patient contacts while using innovative marketing to compete in a crowded market. The practice turned to eRelevance and its marketing automation service to help drive internal marketing without adding to the staff’s workload.
eRelevance implemented a systematic, multi-channel campaign using email, text, push notifications, Facebook ads, landing pages, and app-based conversational content, supported by a dedicated account manager. The results included a CoolSculpting campaign where about half of appointment leads came from eRelevance at a fraction of the cost of external advertising, and eRelevance generated 192 leads in nine months, helping support the practice’s expansion into a new Union Square location.
