Docaposte, the digital services arm of La Poste serving 23,000 customers across Europe, needed to accelerate its digital transformation while reducing the time and cost of managing seven separate data centers. The existing setup limited the company’s ability to focus on service innovation, scale toward the digital edge, and optimize process efficiency.

Docaposte implemented an Interconnection Oriented Architecture on Platform Equinix, consolidating its seven facilities into a single Paris IBX and using Equinix Marketplace and Internet Exchange for fast, secure connectivity. The change cut costs, simplified management, freed IT to support new business initiatives, improved bandwidth and cloud readiness, strengthened data privacy and regulatory compliance, and provided a sustainable, scalable foundation for future growth.
