Credit Saison achieves digital transformation (DX) goals with Platform Equinix®

Credit Saison, Japan’s leading payments provider, was pursuing a digital transformation vision to improve customer and employee experiences while expanding its financial services portfolio. However, its rigid infrastructure limited cloud usage, slowed network connectivity, and made it difficult to scale its digital ecosystem. To support this effort, Credit Saison worked with Equinix and Platform Equinix®.

Equinix implemented IBX data centers in Tokyo and Osaka, along with Equinix Cross Connect and Equinix Fabric®, to create secure, high-speed connections to cloud providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure. The results were significant: Credit Saison moved 80% of its systems to the cloud, cut network activation time from months to three business days, and increased AWS connectivity from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps, helping speed innovation and improve business continuity.
