The Department of Transport (DoT) in Western Australia faced the challenge of centralizing information on its multi-billion dollar infrastructure program, needing to keep residents informed about numerous projects and related travel disruptions. The digital agency Equilibrium was engaged to create an engaging, real-time website to serve as a critical public information hub.

Equilibrium implemented a user-centric solution featuring an interactive project map and integrated real-time data via a secure API, all built on the Umbraco CMS for rapid deployment. The result was WA's most critical digital hub for transport infrastructure, a scalable website that improved public awareness and journey planning. Equilibrium also provided ongoing support and training, ensuring the DoT could manage and update the site effectively.
