RehabCare, a nationwide provider of rehabilitation services with more than 25 years of experience and hundreds of decentralized locations, faced an inefficient, paper-based new-hire process. Managing over 100 hiring transactions weekly required mailing a bulky, 20+ page packet that created compliance, consistency, control, cost, and time challenges for HR and field managers.

RehabCare partnered with Equifax to implement a branded, web-based Onboarding solution that automated and centralized state-specific new-hire packets, provided secure user access, auto-filled repeated fields, and allowed real-time HR tracking. The result: the paper packet was reduced to a welcome letter and orientation sheet, onboarding time dropped from weeks to minutes, paper/printing/postage/storage costs fell, manual entry errors were eliminated, and compliance and efficiency improved across all locations.
