Why PUMA opted for a digital whistleblowing channel

PUMA, the international sporting goods manufacturer, wanted to replace its underused telephone whistleblowing hotline with a more modern, user-friendly and globally accessible reporting channel that would better suit its young workforce and meet high data security requirements.
