Rhenus, the global logistics service provider, needed a way to centralize whistleblowing across its decentralized organization of more than 660 locations and 30,000+ employees. As compliance risks grew, the company wanted a digital, user-friendly, anonymous reporting system that could work across countries and support local case handling. EQS Integrity Line was implemented in phases and launched internationally in 11 languages, giving Rhenus around-the-clock reporting across more than 52 countries, with automatic routing of cases to the right local case worker. The system also supports GDPR-related data leak reporting, real-time oversight, and case management, while Rhenus reports that several dozen relevant compliance reports have already been received and average investigation times can now be tracked as a KPI.
