How the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies enhances its global speak-up culture through the implementation of EQS Integrity Line

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) sought to enhance its global speak-up culture and modernize its outdated compliance tools. To boost trust and encourage reporting, the IFRC partnered with EQS Group to implement its digital whistleblowing system, EQS Integrity Line.

EQS Group provided a secure, multichannel digital whistleblowing and case management system. The solution successfully built greater trust among staff, evidenced by a decrease in anonymous reports, and is being scaled to support 45-60 National Societies. The implementation by EQS Group has been a key part of the IFRC's RC² Integrity project, which was nominated for an ECEC Award.
