Why PUMA opted for a digital whistleblowing channel

PUMA, a global sporting goods manufacturer, sought to replace its underutilized telephone whistleblowing hotline with a more effective and modern system. The company needed an internationally accessible, user-friendly, and secure digital channel suited to its young workforce. PUMA selected the EQS Integrity Line from vendor EQS Group to meet this challenge and named the new system the PUMA SpeakUp! Platform.

EQS Group implemented its digital whistleblowing system, which provided a secure platform for anonymous reporting and integrated case management. The solution was successfully launched with strong internal communication support. The results were positive, with the PUMA compliance team receiving numerous helpful reports from various countries and departments, most of which were submitted anonymously. The vendor EQS Group provided effective support throughout the implementation and ongoing use.
