Case Study: Keyrus strengthens global whistleblowing compliance with EQS Integrity Line

A EQS Group Case Study

Preview of the Keyrus Case Study

Why Keyrus decided against developing its own whistleblowing system

Keyrus, a global digital services company with over 3,500 employees, sought to implement a secure and compliant internal whistleblowing system across its international subsidiaries. The challenge was to find a solution that ensured confidentiality, met diverse international legal requirements like the French Sapin II law, and could be effectively communicated to a global workforce. They chose the EQS Integrity Line solution from EQS Group to serve as their independent, externally-hosted “Keyrus Ethics Line” platform.

EQS Group provided a multilingual and highly adaptable whistleblowing platform, which was deployed across Keyrus's global operations, including in sensitive regions. The solution offered the necessary data privacy safeguards and allowed for centralized oversight with local ethics committee involvement. While the corporate culture of direct communication has resulted in relatively few reports, the EQS Group solution successfully established a legitimate, secure, and well-communicated channel that reinforces the company's strong ethical values and compliance posture.
