Euralis reinvents its digital whistleblowing procedures with EQS Integrity Line

Euralis, a major agricultural cooperative group, needed to reinvent its digital whistleblowing system to better facilitate reports and centralize their management. The challenge was to find a solution that met key requirements of cost-effectiveness, multilingual support for its international presence, and user-friendliness to promote a strong "speak-up" culture. This led them to partner with EQS Group and implement the EQS Integrity Line.

The solution from EQS Group included a pre-configured, multilingual platform and comprehensive support from a Customer Success Manager for rollout and administrator training. The implementation was a collective effort across Euralis's departments, supported by a widespread internal communication campaign. As a result, Euralis successfully deployed a secure, reliable, and ergonomic whistleblowing channel that is now available to its 5,000+ employees as well as external suppliers and customers, fully integrating with the group's ethics initiatives.
