Eptura’s platform—covering desk and meeting space booking, meeting room screens, mobile app and QR check-ins, business rules and Microsoft 365 integration—enabled shared, bookable workspaces and promoted in-person “team days.” Using Eptura’s analytics, Rendall & Rittner reconfigured space (moving from a large Aldgate office to several smaller locations, redesigning Vauxhall to add collaboration rooms), improved space utilization across six offices, reduced costs, and reported higher employee satisfaction and productivity.
