Dun & Bradstreet, a global data and analytics leader with 6,000+ employees, needed to optimize office space and safety during a rapidly changing hybrid-work landscape. Senior Director Brian Fleishman and his team required solutions for desk management, contact tracing, cleaning protocols and visitor handling across regions. Eptura implemented Condeco and Proxyclick in about a month and a half, enabling desk booking, health self‑certification, contact tracing, visitor kiosks and parking pre‑booking. The platform now manages 2,880 spaces across 25 locations with roughly 120,000 bookings annually, replaced the London receptionist with self‑service check‑in, and delivered reporting that supports data‑driven space decisions. Eptura’s solution drove rapid adoption, improved utilization visibility and greater flexibility for Dun & Bradstreet’s evolving workplace policies.
