Cricket Australia, the national governing body for cricket based in Melbourne, was struggling to accommodate roughly 260 employees at its headquarters and needed to absorb an additional 35 staff during the COVID‑19 pandemic. To adopt flexible working, limit office capacity, enable contact tracing and manage movement around the building, Cricket Australia partnered with Eptura and deployed Condeco’s workspace booking software.
Eptura (Condeco) onboarded and deployed the workspace booking solution in just over four weeks, enabling desk bookings, team “neighborhoods,” analytics and COVID controls (every‑second‑desk defaults, floor closures and booking communications). The rollout let 200+ employees feel safe returning to the office, supported two global offices using Condeco, produced an 80/20 web‑to‑mobile usage split, and drove high user satisfaction with most staff wanting the system to remain.
