Getty Images redefines hybrid work with data-driven approach

Getty Images, the global visual content creator with 1,700+ employees across 30 offices, needed to redefine its workplace as it shifted to a hybrid work model. Tasked with resizing office footprints and giving employees the flexibility to choose where and how they work, the company’s Future of Work team selected Eptura’s workspace management solution (meeting and personal space booking plus data analytics) to provide the right tools and insights.

The result: Getty Images moved to an almost entirely flexible seating model (only 5% assigned desks), achieved high user adoption and minimal friction, right-sized its London office based on utilization data, and improved office efficiency and collaboration patterns (peak use mid-week).
